Mallorca or Majorca is the largest island in the Balearic Islands archipelago – Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera and Cabrera.

Mallorca has two mountainous regions, the Serra de Tramuntana and Serres de Llevant. Each are about 70 km in length and occupy the north-western and eastern parts of the island respectively.
The Serra de Tramuntana, the mountain chain which runs from Port de Andratx to Puerto de Pollensa and was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2010.
